Note:

  1. Composite School Fees are subject to yearly revision as per the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Self-Finance Independent Schools (Fee Regulation) Act 2018.
  2. All other charges / fees, including Bus Fees, are subject to yearly revision as per Management discretion.
  3. The school does not charge any Donation/ Capitation Fees.
  4. The School Composite Fee, Extended Day Charges, After School Programme Charges and Transport charges-
    Are to be paid quarterly, before/on the given due dates-
    • 1st quarter (Apr-Jun) by 15th April
    • 2nd quarter (Jul-Sep) by 15th July
    • 3rd quarter (Oct-Dec) by 15th October
    • 4th quarter (Jan-Mar) by 15th January
  5. Fee Can be submitted via DD/ Cheque/ Online via School App
  6. Fee Is charged for the number of working days of a particular session and is to be paid quarterly in equal instalments for the ease of accounting.
  7. This fee is refundable in full, if a new student has not availed the facility even for a single day or else the school’s withdrawal policy will be applicable.
  8. After the lapse of the due date of fee payment, only online payment or D.D (along with late fee @ 50/- per day) will be accepted. If the school fee is not paid by 30th day (Jun/Sep/Dec/Mar) of the month of the following quarter, the school shall “struck off” the child’s name from the school rolls after intimating parents.
  9. Late fee will be calculated from the next day of the due date till the date fee is received by the school.
  10. In case of dishonour of cheque, a sum of 250/- will be levied towards service charge (in addition to the late fee), which will be levied till the date of payment through D.D.
  11. In case of payment is made through Debit/Credit card, extra charges as applicable shall be borne by the parent.
  12. If the child has attended school even for a single day in the quarter, the entire quarter fee is applicable.

Exclusions-

Following charges are not included in above, are optional and will be charged as per actuals.

  • Notebooks, textbooks, stationery items or school uniform etc. which may be purchased from anywhere.
  • Charges for excursions, competitive exams, special events which are optional.
  • After school / outsourced / optional activity classes.
  • Transport fee applicable as per location.

Withdrawal Policy

KWS parents applying for withdrawal from the school, need to send a written intimation on head.admissions@khaitanworld.com , one month prior to the last date of attendance. Should the parent fail to do so, one month notice period shall be deemed payable. Parents are also required to submit the issued belongings such as library books, RFID cards, etc. TC will be issued once the clearance is received from all the departments.

A student will be de-enrolled from the school if he/she is consecutively absent for more than one month without any prior written intimation to the school.

The school also reserves the right to de-enrol a student if fee is not paid within 20-days of the due date, for every quarter, with applicable late fee charges. In case of non-payment of dues, TC shall be issued subsequently with appropriate reasons mentioned therein.

At Khaitan World School we do not believe in formally assessing young children for admission purposes. We strongly believe that all children are able and capable of achieving their best under the right guidance and environment. At KWS, our parents will be our partners in learning and we would like to know more about them and their child, understand their expectations and dreams. This will take place through an interaction with the parents and the child.Adhering to the RTE act, post the interaction your form will go through a draw-of-lots and an offer will be made.

  • Once the form is submitted with the requisite registration fee, an interaction appointment with our Admissions Team will be scheduled. Confirmation of admission will be communicated to you via email from the Admissions Team, following which you will be prompted to complete the detailed Admission Form.
  • Parents are encouraged to have digital copies of the following documents on hand while filling out the Admission Form:
  • Photographs of Child & Both Parents
  • Birth Certificate
  • Aadhar Cards of the Child and Parents
  • Address Proof
  • Previous School Report Card
  • Transfer Certificate (for Class II and onwards, duly attested by CBSE)
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR KPS and KWS (Ghaziabad) STUDENTS SEEKING TRANSFER TO KWS (Amroha)

We warmly welcome our stakeholders, both parents and students from KPS, KWS (Ghaziabad) to KWS (Amroha). The admission process remains consistent as described above. However, during registration, it’s essential for the applicants to state the reason for the change and, if applicable, provide supporting evidence. Please note that such transfers are permissible only once and require the management’s approval.

Parents are exempted from the Registration and Admission Fee.

How do we register for admission?

  • The registrations are done online from the school website. Fill up the online form via the school website and submit it accordingly.

What is the Age Criteria being followed?

  • The minimum age of the child as of 31st March’2024 should be as follows:- 1. Nursery – 3 years 2. LKG – 4 years 3. UKG – 5 years 4. Grade I – 6 years and so on…

What is the process of admission?

  • Admission to Khaitan World School is purely based on seat availability. However, siblings of existing students would be given priority. Applicants along with their parents will be invited to the school for a Document Verification Process (depending on the seat availability). After this stage, the parent will be intimated about the next step via email/call.

Do I have to pay the complete fees including the quarter fee at the time of the admission?

  • At the time of admission, you will be asked to pay only the one-time non-refundable Admission fee to secure admission.

During School Hours

  • 01 Female Guard is deployed at every floor to ensure floor and staircase discipline
  • Security In-charge, Administrative Officer and Principal take rounds at random times around the block to ensure all rules are being adhered to
  • A well-equipped Ambulance is stationed inside school campus during the school timings, for emergencies
  • Emergency clinics inside the premises, ensure professional medical help to all students when needed. All buses and every floor of the school building has FIRST-AID KITS readily available. 26 Hydrant points along with fire-fighting equipment, 131 smoke detectors, 39 MCP’s, 70 fire extinguishers are available along with PA Systems in case of any emergency situation. Fire Training drills are also conducted for all security and group-D staff
